The North Texas Developers Association (NTDA) is a group of real estate developers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. NTDA has monthly meetings where we cover topics intended to help developers locate and manage projects in a way that increases both product quality and profit while reducing project risk. It is open to active real estate developers only -- this is not a group that trains new developers. Though the group is not open to professionals in related fields, we do invite such persons to speak at some of our meetings, so let us know if you have a short presentation that would be of benefit to developers. Builders or individuals looking for lots are welcome to contact us. We may be able to help you locate lots in the DFW area that meet your needs. This is a free service intended to help buyers and sellers of residential lots locate each other. Please understand that while our referrals are not limited to lots offered for sale by our members, it is limited to lots that our members are aware of, as we have no formal system for keeping track of available lots.
